We are honored to introduce our dedicated PTA team for 2018-2019 school year.

The PTA of Hayward MERC Chinese School performs essential functions to assist our Chinese school:

to assist school events (the ones you see in the school calendar),
to assist school administrative functions (such as registration, marketing events and website), and
lead fund raising activities.

Our PTA implements a volunteer program to support the above functions with the following services on site at our campus:

Information Coordinator (輪值幹事)
Information Desk / Registration (服務台 / 註冊報名)
Information Desk / Security (服務台 / 安全)
Information Desk / Treat Sale (服務台 / 點心)

You may sign up your required volunteer hours as part of the registration process. In addition, teachers in each classroom will be asking for a room parent. Room parent is a great way to participate in classroom activities, to meet your child's classmates and to know the teacher better.
